THIRSTY THURSDAY'S

Good day all,

one of the most frustrating things about going natural is keeping your hair moisturized!! Moisture escapes African American hair just as fast as it is put in, but moisture is the key to healthy growing hair. this is why I will be dedicating every Thursday to this topic. Hence the name Thirsty Thursday's. Every Thursday we will review products, hairstyles, and treatments that address this issue. In the  future I hope to have an open discussion on the subject in order to share stories and experiences with the community.

This week we will focus on products. One of my favorites is CANTU !! They are thebomb.com when it comes to giving life and moisture to your brittle and dry tresses.
I start every treatment of my hair with the CANTU Co-wash. This product leaves your hair clean and moisturized and ready for the next step. However you plan to wear your natural hair CANTU is always a great start. Another product that is awesome with the styling portion of your hair care is ECO products. These gels give shine and super hold without the white film or making your hair too hard. Last but certainly not least is Black Jamaican Castor oils. This product aids in the growth of your hair (hint: coconut oils to your castor oil to cut the smell)  These three products will surely get you well on your way to growing healthy hydrated hair!!! Till next time Queens...
